bio/history: Hail is the son of Sujin and a mortal mom. Sujin fell in love with his mo and they had created him, but his mom's husband didn't like her 'whoring around' and was gonna kill the both of them. His father intervined and killed the man. His father Sujin was punished by never being able to see his love again. He was also only allowed to see Hail once a month. Hail lived with his mom and slowly learned about his godly powers. He became incharge of making rain and snow. Two years ago his mother died of illness. He started to roam around the world doing his duties as a lesser god. He enjoys visiting his father every month.
